In unserer diesjährige Gitarren-Workshop-Reihe hatten wir im April 2011 einen Shootingstar der New Yorker Jazz Szene bei uns zu Gast in Detmold. Zu Besuch kam der Gitarrist Adam Raffery aus New York, der mittlerweile täglich tausende Zuschauer auf seine YouTube Videos zieht. Ein Lächeln im Gesicht, den Groove im Körper und hochkonzentrierte Begeisterung sind seine Markenzeichen. Der Film zeigt einen kurzen Ausschnitt aus Adams zweistündigen Workshop, den wir nächstes Jahr unbedingt nochmal wiederholen wollen. This past April, as a part of our „guitar-workshop-series“, we had a very special guest from New York City in Detmold. Fingerstyle guitarist, Adam Rafferty (who daily attracts thousands of YouTube viewers), brought his fun, groovy and highly concentrated teaching style into our shop and thoroughly impressed our workshop participants. The film presents a taste of the two-hour long workshop, which we hope to repeat next year.
